Key Responsibilities:
Assist with project planning and tracking by helping coordinate activities across multiple teams, ensuring smooth execution of key workstreams.Create and maintain project documentation, schedules, task lists, and other deliverables to keep the project on track.Coordinate meetings, preparing agendas, capturing action items, decisions, and key takeaways, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned.Follow up with team members to ensure that tasks and action items are progressing and completed in a timely manner.Help identify potential risks and assist in managing dependencies and issues that may impact project timelines.Contribute to status reporting and maintain program-level tracking tools such as dashboards and other progress indicators.Support clear and consistent communication across all stakeholders, ensuring that updates, issues, and progress are shared in a timely manner.Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes and assist in streamlining team workflows.Ideal Background:
1-3 years of relevant experience, including internships or co-op experience in project management or related fields.Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of communicating clearly with stakeholders at all levels.Comfortable using collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Jira, or similar project management software.A proactive mindset, eagerness to learn, and a collaborative spirit to work effectively in team environments.Strong problem-solving abilities, with a focus on creating solutions that drive efficiency and project success.Strong business acumen, strategic agility, and the ability to align technical objectives with broader company goals.Knowledge project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft ProjectA strong willingness to challenge the status quo and advocate for innovative solutions in program management practices.Compensation at DXC is influenced by an array of factors, including but not limited to the experience, job-related knowledge, skills, competencies, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. A reasonable estimate of the current compensation range for this position is $63,600 - $118,000.Full-time hires are eligible to participate in the DXC benefit program.
