This role involves developing detailed project plans, coordinating internal resources and third-party vendors, and managing project budgets. The Project Manager identifies potential risks and develops mitigation strategies, performs regular risk assessments, and adjusts plans as necessary. Effective communication is crucial, as the Project Manager maintains regular updates with stakeholders, ensuring clear and effective communication channels. Quality assurance is a key responsibility, ensuring all project deliverables meet required standards through regular quality checks and reviews. Performance monitoring involves using appropriate tools and techniques to track project progress, measuring against goals, and making necessary adjustments. Comprehensive documentation is maintained throughout the project lifecycle, including plans, reports, and records. Required qualifications include a degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or a related field, proven experience in project management, proficiency in project management software, and strong understanding of project management methodologies. Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills are essential, along with the ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure. PMP certification or similar is preferred. This role is crucial for ensuring projects are completed efficiently, contributing to the overall success of the organization **CRITICAL COMPETENCIES** **Education and Experience** • High school diploma or GED; 3 years experience in the engineering and maintenance or related professional area; **CORE WORK ACTIVITIES** 1. **Project Planning** : Develop detailed project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation. Ensure all stakeholders are involved and informed. 2. **Resource Management** : Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for the flawless execution of projects. Ensure resource availability and proper allocation. 3. **Budget Management** : Manage the project budget, monitor expenses, and ensure cost optimization. Keep the project within financial constraints. 4. **Risk Management** : Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize their impact. Perform regular risk assessments and adjust plans as necessary. 5. **Communication** : Maintain regular communication with stakeholders, providing updates on project progress and addressing any concerns proactively. Ensure clear and effective communication channels. 6. **Quality Assurance** : Ensure that all project deliverables meet the required quality standards. Conduct regular quality checks and reviews. 7. **Performance Monitoring** : Use appropriate tools and techniques to track project performance Measure progress against project goals and make necessary adjustments. 8. **Documentation** : Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, reports, and records. Ensure all documentation is up-to-date and accessible. 9. **Leadership and Coordination** : Provides leadership through setting expectations, ensuring communication, and guiding all participating individuals involved with the reserve budget. Supervises a diverse group of professionals performing complex work, managing workflow, and monitoring performance. 10. **Project Planning and Execution** : Coordinates all aspects of the project from award through completion, including scope, bid reviews, awarding contracts, and vendor management. Ensures that all projects are delivered on schedule and within budget. 11. **Financial Management** : Manages the project budget, monitors expenses, and ensures cost optimization Responsible for achieving results against budget within the scope of responsibility. 12. **Stakeholder Engagement** : Engages with owners' representatives, clients, and team members to ensure alignment and satisfaction.
