What you would do as our Project Manager
You would lead projects within the R&D and Innovation scope, adhering to the Product Innovation Process from approved Business Case to Time-to-Market delivery. You would also oversee Product Management projects related to architectural hardware and its operations. You would be fully responsible for project activities, budget, and resources, ensuring successful delivery and launch. This role demands exceptional stakeholder management skills and effective collaboration with both internal and external teams, including Product Management, R&D, Procurement, Quality, Operations, and others. You would report directly to the Process and Project Office Manager.
You would also:
Contribute to the development and implementation of processes, driving innovation projects in accordance with the established Product Innovation Process. Plan and deliver projects of high quality, adhering to the approved budget and fixed timelines. Manage R&D innovation projects following our Project Governance Model. Report to project Steering Groups, Gateway Forums, and EMEIA-level approval bodies.
The skills and experience you need
We are looking for someone who has:
A bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent relevant experience. Extensive experience in Project Management, including familiarity with Project Management methodologies such as Waterfall. Strong leadership skills, with excellent communication and coaching abilities, combined with a strong drive to execute project deliveries effectively. Proficiency in both Swedish and English, spoken and written. Ideally, experience with mechanical products and mechanical development is preferred.
