The ideal candidate will have expertise in Portfolio and Project Management (PPM) and CX-Program Management. Qualifications • Possess a strong background in Portfolio and Project Management (PPM) with proven experience in managing complex projects. • Demonstrate expertise in CX-Program Management with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences. • Have experience on Salesforce • Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels. • Show proficiency in project management tools and software ensuring accurate tracking and reporting. • Display strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions. • Hold a relevant certification such as PMP or PRINCE2 demonstrating commitment to professional development. ADVANCED ENGLISH IS A MUST Location: Guadalajara Responsibilities • Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project goals. • Oversee project planning scheduling and budgeting to ensure efficient resource allocation. • Provide direction and support to project teams fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. • Monitor project progress and performance identifying and mitigating risks to ensure successful outcomes. • Communicate effectively with stakeholders providing regular updates on project status and addressing any concerns. • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations throughout the project lifecycle. • Utilize Portfolio and Project Management (PPM) tools to track and report on project metrics and deliverables. • Implement best practices and methodologies to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness. • Facilitate project meetings including kick-offs status updates and post-mortems to ensure alignment and continuous improvement. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and execution of project plans. • Drive customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality projects that meet or exceed expectations. • Analyze project data to identify trends and areas for improvement making recommendations for future projects. • Support the development and implementation of strategic initiatives to achieve organizational goals.
