Project Manager
As the Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading and delivering customer projects within budget, agreed timelines, and quality standards, while ensuring high customer happiness and profitability. The Project Manager serves as the main commercial contact for the customer, leading multi-functional teams and applying internal/external resources to lead all aspects of all project phases, from design and development to commissioning and delivery, specifically within the power generation market. They provide both project management and technical leadership. **In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:** + To be the primary interface for the project's technical and commercial aspects. + To handle assigned projects within scope, budget, timeline, and quality. + Leading all aspects of project finances, reporting, and forecasting. + To handle and report all project resource demands. + To proactively handle change opportunities and risks. + To identify, analyze, and resolve project-related commercial and technical issues. + To be fully responsible for leading all project partners. + To provide leadership and develop successful team interaction. + To be involved in reviewing proposals and contracts. + To implement all applicable corporate, company, and regulatory policies. **Who You Are:** You consistently apply a business driver and marketplace focus when prioritizing actions. You build and deliver solutions that meet customer expectations! **For this role, you will need** + Engineering degree or equivalent experience or knowledge with business studies. + Confirmed ability in Industrial systems, software, process automation, or application engineering capacity with relevant/related project and technical management experience, at least 8 years. + Experience with leading teams. + Confirmed ability in the power generation industry, with at least 5 years. + Excellent communicator with proficient English language (verbal and written). + Willingness to travel for more than 30% of the time. **Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:** + Showed financial understanding and project planning capabilities. + Confirmed understanding of Contract Management principles and practices. + Holding a PMP/PMI certification would be a strong asset. + Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build immediate trust and rapport with diverse partners (customers, suppliers, Emerson teams). **Our Culture & Commitment to You** At Emerson, we prioritize a workplace where every employee is valued, respected, and empowered to grow.
