**Job Summary** We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with 8 to 12 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project planning tracking scope management risk management and stakeholder management. Proficiency in Scrum Agile PLM and MS Project is essential. This hybrid role offers a day shift with no travel required. **Responsibilities** + Lead project planning sessions to ensure project goals and objectives are clearly defined and achievable. + Oversee project tracking to monitor progress and ensure timely completion of milestones. + Provide comprehensive project scope management to ensure all project requirements are met. + Implement effective project risk management strategies to mitigate potential issues. + Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and ensure adherence to Agile principles. + Manage project stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment of expectations. + Serve as a CX-Scrum Master to guide the team in Agile practices and principles. + Utilize Agile PLM to manage product lifecycle and ensure project deliverables meet quality standards. + Employ MS Project to create detailed project plans and schedules. + Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution. + Monitor project budgets and ensure financial objectives are met. + Provide regular project status updates to senior management and stakeholders. + Ensure all project documentation is complete and up-to-date. **Qualifications** + Possess strong experience in project planning tracking and scope management. + Demonstrate expertise in project risk management and stakeholder management. + Have proficiency in Scrum Agile PLM and MS Project. + Experience in Billing & Revenue Management and Devices is a plus. + Exhibit excellent communication and leadership skills. + Show ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model. + Display strong organizational and time management skills. **Certifications Required** Certified Scrum Master (CSM) Project Management Professional (PMP) Cognizant is an equal opportunity employer that embraces diversity, champions equity and values inclusion.
