You’ll be the backbone of campaign delivery—managing timelines, budgets, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure projects are delivered smoothly from brief to launch. **Responsibilities** **Expectations of an Project Manager** + Serve as the main day-to-day contact for the client on project-related matters + Understand the brand, category, and competitive landscape to support effective project planning and delivery + Collaborate with Planning, Media, and Creative teams to translate the client’s initial brief into clear project scopes and actionable deliverables + Support the development of high-quality creative work by managing timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional team collaboration + Develop and present project budgets, timelines, and production estimates for internal and client approval + Proactively manage project resources, flagging risks and identifying solutions to ensure smooth execution + Document and share weekly status updates and meeting recaps to maintain alignment across client and internal teams + Coordinate communication between internal teams, clients, and partner agencies to ensure smooth workflows and high-quality output + Work closely with studio, producers, and other project managers to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget + Constantly seek ways to optimize workflows, increase efficiency, and improve delivery standards + Uphold a high standard of professionalism and discretion while representing the Groupe **Additional Project Coordination Responsibilities (Specific to Client)** + Intake and evaluate project briefs from the client’s marketing team based in Singapore + Coordinate with the Translation partner managing localization of assets such as emails, banners, videos, and landing pages + Oversee post-translation workflows, ensuring accurate integration of translated content into final assets, including versioning and resizing + Manage project timelines and communications with internal teams and client stakeholders to ensure deadlines and expectations are met **Qualifications** + 3–5 years of project management experience, preferably in advertising agency environment + Proven ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment + Good understanding of budgeting, estimating, and profitability within an agency context + Excellent written and verbal communication skills across all organizational levels + High attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills + Proactive, self-motivated, and reliable follow-through on all tasks + Willingness to work outside standard hours and travel to shoots/post sessions as needed + Confidence in client interactions and delivering presentations
