POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

Oversee the day-to-day operations of contractorsHave a working knowledge of the duties of all positions listed and the daily operations of each area of responsibilityAccountable for contract operational execution, performance, contractual compliance, customer relations, and strategic planning for areas of responsibilityEnsure staff training meets all contractual requirementsUnderstand the legal processing requirements of all types of forfeitureProvide required Security forms for qualified replacement(s) within fourteen days of an employee’s unavailability to perform due to resignation, termination, or anticipated extended leave, unless an exception is granted in writing from the CORResponsible for maintaining satisfactory standards of employee competency, conduct, appearance, and integrity, and be responsible for taking such disciplinary action against the contractor’s employees as may be necessaryIdentify any issues with staff performance and develop both short-term and long-term solutions to address the matterWork with the USSS Program Manager to coordinate workloadEnsure that required staffing levels are met to maintain workloadWill pre-screen all potential applicants, provide to the USSS for review and coordinate the USSS interview with the applicantProvide monthly, quarterly, and annual staffing reportsServe as the single point of contact (POC) between the customer and the contractor

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

U.S. Citizen MMinimum Education: BachelorsMinimum Years of Experience: Three years of experience as a Project Manager of similar projects involving data analysis, legal assistance, training and recruitment related to asset forfeitureEmployees who provide support in Moderate or High positions must have undergone a minimum of a Tier 4a/BI (Background Investigation) level background investigation within the last five (5) years; or otherwise, be the subject of a favorable USSS controlled Tier 4a/BI background investigation.
