Job Duties: Lead development and scope creation of strategic plans for various sales related projects across North America. Manage projects from launch to finish, spanning several functions, with shifting deadlines and evolving requirements, while ensuring alignment with corporate goals. Engage with senior executives, partners, and cross-functional teams to manage expectations, communicate risks and ensure project success. Co-producing and achieving budget goals, forecasts, and financial performance of projects. Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with project initiatives. Identify, track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure project success. Lead a diverse team of workstream leaders within each project across North America. Drive change initiatives across the organization, ensuring smooth transitions and successful project implementation. Identify opportunities for process improvements and innovation within projects.
