Project Manager

Your role and responsibilities

Responsibilities of this position are the management, commercial and customer aspects of assigned projects, including:Full-cycle Project execution from contract award until final acceptance.Participate in the project proposal phase with sales/proposal team to review customers’ specifications and leading DFM review and discussionDefining project plan documents in relation to scope, budget, schedule and risk management.Monitoring project implementation to ensure best practices in terms of costs, resource efficiency, risk management and Health, Safety & Environment (HSE)Building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders, effectively communicating with them, and acting as the key contact for the customerLeading technical team and organizing right resource to solve issues for NPI project during different verification build test, such as EVT, PVT until to mass productionManaging the project according to agreed requirements, ensuring that all targets are met, and that relevant guidelines are followedMonitoring and controlling project financials, overseeing project invoicing status, costs, expenses, and cash flowDriving the formal acceptance of the project, contract close-out and acknowledgement by the customerBuild and maintain ABB/Customer relationship / Ensure Customer satisfactionEnsure quality/continuous performanceControl project documentation, ECN and COR management.Seeking more commercial opportunities during project execution

Qualifications for the role

Bachelor degree or above in engineering/electrical/automatic control/mechanicalPMP certificate holder Minimum 3 years of experience in project management, NPI project experience in Electronics/3C field preferred. With experience in engineering of automation system projectFluent English communication skills both in oral and writtenBe able to travel locally and abroadSuccessful experience of project management in relevant company Working experience in foreign companies preferredKnowledge of legal matters, e.g. contract laws preferredKnowledge of financial management preferred
