CTG is seeking to fill a Project Manager 2 opening for our client in Austin, TX. Location: Austin, TX (Hybrid Remote) Duties: Plan, budget, oversee, and document all aspects of assigned projects, ensuring alignment with business and technical objectives. Manage development and implementation of modifications and enhancements to the Financial Data Warehouse. Apply standard project management industry practices within Agile (Scrum) teams. Establish project organization and methodology within Agile environments. Work closely with key stakeholders to understand and deliver project goals. Communicate effectively with clients and IT teams. Create and maintain project charters, work plans, and related artifacts. Provide technical support during work hours and on-call, as required. Interpret and communicate complex technical designs, implementations, and business processes. Prepare and deliver presentations for leadership and oversight entities. Skills: Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage large-scale enterprise projects. Proficiency in Agile (Scrum) methodology and Jira. Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and communicate technical and business concepts clearly. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Technical expertise to support complex project designs and implementations. Experience: 6 years required: Project Management experience for large-scale enterprise implementations. 6 years required: State of Texas or similar Federal/State Project Management experience. 3 years required: Agile (Scrum) experience. 3 years required: Development experience. 3 years required: Jira experience. 1 year preferred: State of Texas Project Delivery Framework experience. 1 year preferred: Experience with data warehouse applications and/or database reporting features. 1 year preferred: State Procurement and Contracting experience. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience). Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is required and should be noted on the resume. Proof of certification may be requested. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
