The Project Manager 2 is responsible for collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, including but not limited to Environmental, Health & Safety(EHS), Maintenance, contractors, vendors, and clients. This role is responsible to handle administrative aspects of the project from start to completion, track and monitor the project status and milestones, and ensure projects meets all standards, timelines, and budgets.

Collaborates with management and client(s) to define project requirements, scope, and objectives that align with the company’s goalsPartners with internal and external stakeholders to determine project budgetsFacilitates and leads effective project meetings to evaluate work and productivityDevelops a comprehensive project management workflowProvides regular updates to internal and external stakeholders on project schedules, change proposals, and other activitiesMonitors resources to improve project efficiency and maximize productivityDevelops and maintains the project performance database to track progress and milestonesEnsures project are on track to meet codes, standards, timelines, budget requirements, etc.Analyzes project(s) progress and notifies stakeholders to adjust timelines, as needed to achieve optimal resultsIdentifies potential project risks and escalates to management or required stakeholdersContributes to the development and implementation of risk strategies to minimize impact and deviations from estimated budget and timelinesBuilds and maintains positive relationships with external stakeholders by providing prompt responses, updates, and supportCoordinates the procurement of materials, supplies, and vendors necessary for project completionOrganize and delegate tasks to project team members to ensure successful completionAssists with conducting any required training for project membersProvides guidance and coaching to project members, as neededOther duties, as assignedBasic Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Project Management or related field5 years of experience in project management or planningPreferred Requirements
Experience interpreting complicated product documentation and standard operating procedures (SOPs) with attention to high-levelconceptsExperience creating work plans and detailed project schedulesExperience working in a cGMP manufacturing facilitiesProject Management Professional (PMP)
