Req ID: 76231 Description Job Description Generalities Identify, evaluate and execute strategic improvement opportunities alongside organization's personnel, ensuring alignment to strategies and business goals; while validating -alongside project leaders- project implementation levels and deliverables (including project risk escalation support). Ensure compliance of proper methodology utilization and essential documentation to achieve sustainable improvements and employee engagement in CI, through (but not limited to) PMO, SDT and IDEA programs. Shall provide support in solution and impact analysis, and potentially lead strategic impacts Education: Bachellor's degree (Industrial Engineering, Systems or similar); Lean/GB (certification desired; applied project experience a must) Job/Responsibilities Creating detailed analysis, outlining problems and opportunities Forecasting and budgeting Project planning, registry & execution follow-up/monitoring, communication and escalation Variance analysis Reporting (programs, kpis/metrics) Shall provide support in solution & impact analysis, and lead tactical/strategic projects Internal programs dev, admin & support (tools dev, training/guidance support) Skills/Experience Analytical thinking and problem solving Detail-oriented and capable of delivering a high level of accuracy Process modeling Statistical analysis (Lean/GB certification desirable) Understanding of databases and data structures Practical use of Excel (advanced desirable) English (written/spoken @80% desirable) Interpersonal and consultative skills Facilitation skills Organizational skills Skyworks is proud to be an equal opportunity employer supporting diversity in the workplace.
