Project Manager - Principal Contracting Job ID 225915 Posted 24-Jun-2025 Service line PJM Segment Role type Full-time Areas of Interest Construction, Project Management Location(s) Grindsted - Midtjylland - Denmark **Job Title: Project Manager** CBRE and Turner & Townsend, leading global provider of integrated facilities and corporate real estate management, are recruiting a Project Manager to join the team located in **Billund, Denmark** (or surrounding area) and work on one of our global accounts, that values creativity, imagination, and fun. **Job Purpose** + Be responsible for generating and delivering a variety of project work on our customer sites. + Have fullaccountability and responsibility for managing and delivery of project works. **Responsibilities:** + Identify and secure project opportunities within a portfolio of maintenance contracts. + Advise clients on project feasibility and scope, acting as a trusted advisor. + Manage projects "end-to-end," including estimating, business development, quantity surveying, subcontractor management, and site management. + Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring profitability. + Oversee tendering processes, including analysis of subcontractor bids. + Ensure compliance with CDM regulations and company QHSE standards. + Manage project risks and ensure projects meet financial and contractual obligations. + Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and subcontractors. + Develop and maintain a project pipeline. + Prepare timely project reports. + Full P&L responsibility for assigned projects. + Self-funding role, responsible for revenue generation and cost recovery. + Full financial control and responsibility for assigned projects. **Required Skills:** + Speak Dutch & English + Project management experience. + Financial acumen and budgetary control. + Strong communication and relationship-building skills. + Understanding of construction processes and regulations (CDM, QHSE). + Experience in estimating, tendering and commercial management **Qualifications** + CDM regulations (or local equivenlent) + IOSH Managing Safely and/or SMSTS (or local equivenlent) + Recognised technical qualification in construction, M or E or similar + Business standard ofwritten and verbal literacy and numeracy + Recognised qualification in Project Management + NEBOSH (Desirable) **Experience** + Minimum of 3 years proven Project Management experience in an M&E, FM ,construction or critical environment + Proven experience of running a P&L + Demonstrable evidence of having managed a team + Previous experience of operating at senior level (Desirable) _Disclaimer:_ _Please be advised that effective January 1, 2025, CBRE Project Management and Turner &Townsend were consolidated into a single global business entity.
