Job Location SANTIAGO PLANT Job Description Project Manager – Santiago Plant Managerial full-time position Start date: as soon as possible Location: Region Metropolitana de Santiago, Chile Profile: 3–5 years of experience in project and capital management. Key Responsibilities + Lead plant initiatives from planning through execution. + Be the go-to person for Business Units to assess project feasibility, align priorities, and timelines. + Manage project budgets (CPS), schedules, and key deliverables. + Work with suppliers and internal partners, navigating common delays and limited vendor availability. + Identify technical improvements and cost-saving opportunities. + Lead and mentor a team, ensuring strong execution and team development.
