Project Manager – Santiago Plant
Managerial full-time position
Start date: as soon as possible
Location: Region Metropolitana de Santiago, Chile
Profile: 3–5 years of experience in project and capital management.

At P&G Santiago Plant, we’re looking for a Project Manager with experience in project and capital management who’s excited to drive real results, lead teams, and grow in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
+ Lead plant initiatives from planning through execution.
+ Be the go-to person for Business Units to assess project feasibility, align priorities, and timelines.
+ Manage project budgets (CPS), schedules, and key deliverables.
+ Work with suppliers and internal partners, navigating common delays and limited vendor availability.
+ Identify technical improvements and cost-saving opportunities.
+ Lead and mentor a team, ensuring strong execution and team development.

Job Qualifications
+ Degree in Engineering or related field.
+ 3–5 years of experience in project and capital management.
+ Experience in FMCG or industrial/manufacturing environments.
+ Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
+ Advanced English.
+ Ability to stay organized, make decisions, and prioritize in a dynamic environment.
