This Position reports to:

Your Role: Own the Challenge

In this role, you will lead the execution of medium-sized projects, ensuring all activities are carried out in compliance with procedures, regulations, standards, specifications, and targets. Each day, you will guide your project team to meet requirements, deliver contractual commitments, and achieve the expected project outcomes.

The work model for the role is: On site

Global relocation/LTA support will not be considered for this position.

This role is contributing to the Robotics Consumer Industries in Mexico.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the project team by defining the execution strategy and overseeing planning, monitoring, and control activities for both internal and external resources to achieve project goals.Monitor and control project progress, resource efficiency, and financial performance.Identify, assess, and manage project risks while ensuring opportunities are captured and pursued.Drive formal project acceptance, contract closure, and customer acknowledgment in accordance with contractual terms.

What it takes to Run what runs the world:

Advanced English proficiency.5+ years of experience as a Project Manager.Previous experience managing projects in the automotive industry.Strong client-facing and communication skills.Willingness to travel.Proficiency in MS Project.Knowledge of SAP.Familiarity with project management methodologies.Valid visa and passport.Bachelor’s Degree completed
