Minimum of 7–10 years of project management experience, preferably in IT infrastructure, security, or identity and access management domains.
Project Management Skills:
Expertise in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project management methodologies.
Proficiency with project management tools such as JIRA, Microsoft Project, or equivalent.
Proactive and delivery-focused mindset.
Strong initiative; able to contribute meaningfully to discussions and help drive outcomes.
Technologically adaptable and confident in technical discussions.
Strong presentation and communication skills; capable of engaging in meaningful conversations and challenging constructively when necessary.
Experience supporting PoC/Pilot testing with application owners to adopt open standards-based authentication protocols.
Ability to collaborate with architecture teams on production infrastructure design and planning.
Education and Certification:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Project Management certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) are highly preferred.
Technical Expertise:
Familiarity with Active Directory (AD) and Microsoft Entra ID / Azure AD.
Solid understanding of authentication protocols, including Kerberos, LDAP, SAML, OIDC, and OAuth.
Able to conduct technical discussions and provide clear overviews of authentication protocols and their benefits.
Prior experience working with applications or platforms to implement authentication protocols with identity providers such as AD or Entra ID.
Technically competent, with the ability to analyze, evaluate, and adapt to various technologies as needed.
