The ideal candidate will lead multiple workstreams, drive agile project delivery, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. This role requires hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, and Quality Management Systems (QMS) such as Veeva QMS or TrackWise. This is a Full Time Employment opportunity based in Boston, MA. **Your future duties and responsibilities:** Key Responsibilities: • Manage multiple workstreams simultaneously, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines. • Facilitate communication across stakeholders, with proactive follow-ups on tasks and deliverables. • Lead and organize Agile ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, etc.). • Track and manage RAID logs (Risks, Actions, Issues, Dependencies), escalating items as needed to ensure resolution. • Identify and bring forward relevant topics for daily, weekly, and monthly discussions with leadership and stakeholders. • Guide teams in agile best practices, fostering collaboration, transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (development, QA, compliance, business) to ensure timely delivery of high-quality, compliant solutions. • Ensure adherence to GxP regulations and promote best practices in a regulated environment. • Work with product owners and stakeholders to align priorities, clarify requirements, and achieve project objectives. • Track, report, and analyze progress and key performance metrics to drive continuous improvement. • Utilize Jira for backlog, sprint, and task management, and Confluence for documentation and collaboration. • Support integration and compliance of QMS within agile frameworks and project delivery. • Coach and mentor team members on agile methodologies and project delivery best practices. **Required qualifications to be successful in this role:** • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification. • Minimum 5 years of combined experience as a Project Manager and/or Scrum Master in the life sciences industry. • Proven experience in GxP-regulated environments is mandatory. • Strong working knowledge of Jira and Confluence. • Experience with Quality Management Systems (QMS) highly preferred (Veeva QMS or TrackWise a plus). • Solid understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance standards (FDA, EMA, etc.). • Excellent communication, facilitation, and organizational skills. • Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. • Familiarity with other agile frameworks/tools (Kanban, SAFe, etc.) is desirable. The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit-based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $86,200.00 - $150,000.00.
