Project Manager – Field Services Location: Onsite – Nashville, TN Employment Type: Full-Time Experience Level: Mid to Senior (5–7 years of experience in IT Field Services or Project Management) Company: CTG (Computer Task Group) – Supporting a client in the Mid-South region Position Summary: CTG is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and coordinate Field Services projects for a client in Nashville, TN. This role involves managing desktop support initiatives, device deployments, QA oversight, and team coordination across multiple tiers of field operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT service delivery, project planning, and stakeholder communication. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage Field Services projects including desktop/laptop deployments, software rollouts, and QA initiatives. Coordinate with Field Services Team Leads and QA Technicians to ensure project milestones and quality standards are met. Develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocations for field operations. Monitor progress, resolve issues, and ensure adherence to SLA agreements and escalation protocols. Facilitate communication between technical teams, clients, and stakeholders. Oversee inventory management, hardware maintenance schedules, and deployment logistics. Document project outcomes, lessons learned, and continuous improvement opportunities. Required Skills and Qualifications: 5–7 years of experience in IT Field Services, Desktop Support, or Project Management. Proven experience managing technical projects and cross-functional teams. Strong understanding of desktop/laptop imaging, M365 troubleshooting, and QA processes. Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills. Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies. A+ Certification or PMP Certification preferred. Ideal Candidate Profile: Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams and deliver successful IT service projects. Detail-oriented with a focus on quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Comfortable managing multiple priorities and adapting to changing project requirements. • Skilled in stakeholder engagement and cross-team collaboration.
