**Position Summary:**
CTG is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and coordinate Field Services projects for a client in Nashville, TN. This role involves managing desktop support initiatives, device deployments, QA oversight, and team coordination across multiple tiers of field operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT service delivery, project planning, and stakeholder communication.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Lead and manage Field Services projects including desktop/laptop deployments, software rollouts, and QA initiatives.
+ Coordinate with Field Services Team Leads and QA Technicians to ensure project milestones and quality standards are met.
+ Develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocations for field operations.
+ Monitor progress, resolve issues, and ensure adherence to SLA agreements and escalation protocols.
+ Facilitate communication between technical teams, clients, and stakeholders.
+ Oversee inventory management, hardware maintenance schedules, and deployment logistics.
+ Document project outcomes, lessons learned, and continuous improvement opportunities.
**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
+ 5–7 years of experience in IT Field Services, Desktop Support, or Project Management.
+ Proven experience managing technical projects and cross-functional teams.
+ Strong understanding of desktop/laptop imaging, M365 troubleshooting, and QA processes.
+ Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
+ Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
+ A+ Certification or PMP Certification preferred.
