Position Overview International’s Procurement team is seeking a dedicated Project Manager-Tariff and Trade to join our Lisle, IL office. This highly visible role offers the opportunity to take ownership of critical tariff and trade operations in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Collaborate with Commodity Management Teams (CMTs) to efficiently manage supplier tariff impacts. Lead Tariff Committee Meetings Manage standardized workflow for tariff risks; schedule and establish Committee meeting agendas Document, coordinate communication, archive for Committee Records of Decision to the broader Procurement organization Plan and execute other tariff-related mitigation projects Support processes to ensure compliance to the USMCA Agreement. Manager standardized workflow for USMCA analysis under forward sourcing processes and the USMCA Escalation Process. Support development and execution of key source localization projects to improve compliance to Regional Value Content (RVC) requirements. Provide support to Corporate Trade Compliance and the USMCA Modeling Sub-Committee. Develop detailed project plans and perform critical path analysis using Microsoft Project, as needed Lead cross-functional resolution of a wide range of complex problems in innovative ways, including issues where precedent may not exist Network with senior internal and external personnel in own area of expertise Coordinate cross-functional risk and issues investigations and mitigation May instruct, coach or provide informal guidance to colleagues with less experience Present project status to Senior Procurement management and Executive level audiences Identifies needed resources for cross functional project teams Minimum Requirements Bachelor’s degree At least 5 years of purchasing/procurement experience At least 1 year of lead experience OR Master’s degree At least 3 years of purchasing/procurement experience At least 1 year of lead experience OR At least 8 years of purchasing/procurement experience At least 1 year of lead experience Additional Requirements Qualified candidates, excluding current employees, must be legally authorized on an unrestricted basis (US Citizen, Legal Permanent Resident, Refugee or Asylee) to be employed in the United States.
