Work Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronics & Instrumentation Engineering, or a related field.10+ years of experience in Managing the medium and large process/plant automation projectsProven experience in Project risk management, recovery cum mitigation plans Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a challenging and very demanding project delivery schedulesShould have working experience to interact and manage multifunctional and multi regional culture teamsTo motivate the CFT to achieve project goalsCreation of project performance reports, dashboard and report out to all Key stakeholders

Preferred Certifications:

• PMP and/or any other equivalent Project Management certification
