As part of our team, you will be at the heart of our customer experiences. **Summary** The Field Services Strategic Project team seeks a skilled communicator and self-motivated project manager for a high-performing, challenging environment. Reporting to the Strategic Projects Senior Manager, this role supports the planning, creation, capital management, and delivery of Field Services' strategic projects. The role requires collaborating with Director and Executive level teams to communicate and distill their strategic roadmaps. The role also requires close collaboration with internal stakeholders including Business Intelligence, Workforce Management, Finance, Operational leaders and Project leaders. The individual will gather executive input to drive business decision alignment through the communication of facts and analysis. The candidate will develop innovative ideas to improve customer experience, reduce operational costs, or generate new revenue. They will then build business cases to demonstrate the benefits of these ideas and create materials to communicate project details and the overall vision to C-Suite executives. This critical role offers end-to-end visibility into key Field Services projects. The individual has proven experience in developing clear, concise executive level communication and analysis. The individual has strong organizational skills with the ability to track and manage multiple deliverables and accustomed to working with timelines in a dynamic environment. **Key Responsibilities** + Understand core business processes and complex operational challenges quickly, with creative ability to present ideas to executive level audience + Lead and present complex projects while tracking timelines and deliverables + Distill complex information into compelling narratives in line with strategic imperatives + Partnering with Business Intelligence to communicate requirements and changes to executive reporting needs + Perform in-depth analysis, interpreting data qualitatively and quantitatively, and developing associated presentation materials for semi-annual plans and ad hoc executive updates **Critical Qualifications** + 2-3 years experiences strategy/ project management tools + Strong ability to communicate effectively at an executive level + Proven ability to build business cases + Formal business writing and presentation skills + Able to deal with ambiguity + Advanced PowerPoint (storyboarding) and Excel required + Proven analytical/problem solving ability + University degree (Business or Communications preferred, open to all disciplines) **The Successful Candidate Must Be** + A leader, with the ability to grasp and communicate complex ideas clearly and creatively at all levels + Confident in ability to lead and moderate conversations with executives and other stakeholders + Results-driven, with a strong aptitude to recognize opportunities for improvement and take appropriate action + An energetic self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment + Flexible to work under pressure and meet deadlines, displaying a high sense of urgency + Business Analyst experience is an asset \#EmployeeReferralProgram Adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec. **Additional Information:** **Position Type:** Management **Job Status:** Regular - Full Time **Job Location:** Canada : Quebec : Montreal || Canada : Alberta : Calgary || Canada : British Columbia : Vancouver || Canada : Manitoba : Winnipeg || Canada : New Brunswick : Moncton || Canada : Newfoundland : St. John's || Canada : Nova Scotia : Halifax || Canada : Ontario : Toronto || Canada : Prince Edward Island : Charlottetown **Work Arrangement:** Hybrid **Application Deadline:** 08/04/2025 For work arrangements that are ‘Hybrid’, successful candidates must be based in Canada and report to a set Bell office for a minimum of 3 days a week.
