The Project Manager, Solutions Development oversees projects within the Solutions Development team of the Business Innovation Division, focusing on creating and managing strategic business technologies. A key responsibility is managing documentation and technical information within our distinctive customer portal web platform. As a member of the team, you will collaborate with multiple departments, external vendors, and international colleagues, while supporting Fujifilm’s premier color management solution, ColorPath SYNC. This role encompasses areas including pre-press, offset press, digital, and wide format segments of the graphic arts industry.

Responsibilities
Planning & DevelopmentSupport the development, enhancement, and maintenance of Fujifilm’s customer portal, Fujifilm Direct, collaborating with other team leadersSupport the development, enhancement, and maintenance of Fujifilm’s color management suite, ColorPath SYNC, collaborating with team members and strategic partnersMaintain close communication with Solutions Development Managers and International staff to ensure Fujifilm Direct and ColorPath SYNC remain world class solutionsTechnical SupportMaintain close communication with field technicians and the technical phone support team to ensure accurate resolutions of service issues relating to ColorPath SYNC SolutionsProvide phone and remote support for end users of Fujifilm’s ColorPath SYNC Solutions and for Fujifilm field techniciansCoordinate activation of ColorPath licenses for installation with customers and service teamReview and perform pre-installation assessments and quotations relating to ColorPath SYNC Solutions salesMaintain and update known software issues (bugs) and enhancement/feature requestsPerform testing of new product features as they are developedAttend training classes to stay current on both new and existing productsUtilize project management software to keep projects on track and on timeProduce and maintain technical documentation relating to new developments and SOPs as neededProvide training classes for ColorPath and related productsAcquire and maintain G7 Expert status and attend ColorPath SYNC installations to identify potential areas for improvementCustomer FocusWork with Sales and Marketing to provide demonstrations via web conference or in-person to interest customersAttend conferences and trade shows to foster key relationships for FujifilmAttend industry meetings for best practices to leverage Fujifilm solutionsManage ColorPath SYNC customer data in Salesforce which contains practical license information and share that info to key Fujifilm partiesRequired Skills/Education
BS Degree in Graphic Arts or related studyMinimum of 5 years’ relevant experience (digital print, content management, color management)Comfortable with phone calls, presentations, and public speakingStrong organizational and project management skillsBuilds and maintains positive working relationshipsExcellent cross-functional teamwork skills (product management, support, sales, service, and management)Ability to interact effectively with all levels of staff and managementAbility to work with a high level of integrity and with minimal supervisionExcellent verbal and written communicationProficiency with Microsoft and Apple operating systemsProficiency with Microsoft and Adobe graphic arts applicationsOther duties as assignedValid Driver’s LicenseAbility to travel ~40%Desired Skills
