As the Project Manager, you will lead a cross-functional project team in the planning, coordinating, monitoring and execution of new product development medical device projects that help neurosurgeons achieve better patient outcomes and improve lives. In your role, you will ensure R&D projects are completed on time/cost & budget. You will support cutting edge medical device products from the inception phase to launch within Stryker Instruments. You will need to be in the office a minimum of 3 days a week and can work from home on other days. **What you will do** + Lead the team in creating the project charter and project management plan, setting a clear vision, directing the execution, and evaluating tradeoffs as needed. + Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope. Document and manage changes to the project scope, ensuring strategic alignment. + Develop and maintain a comprehensive project schedule and assume ownership. Manage the critical path, major workstreams, and intersecting milestones in the schedule. + Partner with cross-functional managers to define the project budget and ensure costs are monitored and maintained within agreed limits. + Develop a risk management plan for the project.
