The Project Manager, Professional Services is responsible for leading and managing the successful execution of client-facing projects from initiation to completion. This includes overseeing project planning, delivery, resource management, and ensuring client satisfaction. The Project Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as consultants, developers, and other stakeholders, to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of services while maintaining high-quality standards. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Assist in the creation and management of project plans, schedules, and timelines for client projects. Daily project management throughout the project life cycle Assist with the development of project plans, including milestones, timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery. Assist with creation of documentation with information obtained during Project Intro and Kick off meetings and work with the implementation staff and customers to develop project plan using current forms and tools Facilitate regular meetings with clients to review project status, address concerns, and gather feedback. Ensure that project deliverables align with the client’s objectives and provide value. Assist in identifying, tracking, and mitigating project risks, ensuring that potential issues are escalated in a timely manner. Help monitor the project’s progress against milestones and deadlines, flagging any concerns to the project manager.Ensure that issues are resolved in a timely manner and that clients are kept informed of project status. Ensure all project deliverables meet the quality standards set by both the client and company. Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including project plans, meeting notes, and status reports. Manage the project using all the features in Salesforce as needed to include Activities, Risks, Milestones and Tasks and ensure all fields are complete and accurate
