It covers end-to-end product quality including User Experiences; project risk management; product phase control; test management by monitoring test progress; test planning/reporting management; process control; manage cross-functional meeting; giving solution recommendation to critical risk items; highlighting critical risks early by reporting. - Following activities are examples and should be implemented, but activities are not limited to them.
