Skills and Requirements Remodel Management: Oversee 29 store remodels scheduled for this year, with 2 already successfully executed. Register Upgrades: Coordinate the upgrading of registers, working closely with construction Project Managers to ensure vendor presence and timely completion. Asset Protection Setup: Assist in setting up asset protection for new stores, providing direction and support to the department. Vendor Management: Manage the transfer of services and installations from one vendor to another, ensuring minimal disruption and continuity. Future Planning: Prepare for the 2026 asset protection remodels, which will involve 60-80 projects, by coordinating IT remodel work and asset protection efforts. Team Coordination: Work under the guidance of the VP Asset Protection and collaborate with a coordinator to manage the extensive remodel projects. Qualifications: Proven experience in project management, preferably in a retail or IT environment. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and coordination abilities. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
