We serve as the connective tissue between operations, finance, and workforce strategy, helping drive sustainable growth and cost discipline.
About the RoleAs a Project Manager on the Finance & WFM team, you will drive execution of key tactical projects that enable operational rigor, data consistency, and better planning across the Merchant Experience organization. You’ll support a range of technical and cross-functional initiatives, including workforce tooling, merchant mapping, SFDC data management, and reporting automation.
You’ll work closely with the Senior Manager of Finance & WFM and partner with Workforce Management, Strategy & Operations, Vendor Ops, and Product teams to ensure we’re scaling systems and processes that support service quality and cost efficiency. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, technically fluent operator who thrives in ambiguity and wants to make systems work better.
This role reports to the Senior Manager of Finance & WFM and is based in Tempe, Arizona.

Lead project planning and execution for key Finance & WFM initiatives related to tooling, reporting, and operational data workflows Own business-side operations and data integrity for Salesforce (SFDC), including managing merchant hierarchies, mappings, and integrations Collaborate with WFM and Reporting teams to enhance forecast inputs, build dashboards, and track SLA adherence Work cross-functionally to improve workforce tooling, process automation, and operational visibility Partner with Engineering, Product, and Vendor Ops to scope and deliver systems enhancements and process improvements Build and maintain complex spreadsheets and SQL queries to enable decision-making and drive operational insights Identify and mitigate risks to project timelines, data quality, or process effectiveness Deliver documentation and structured communication that enables scalability and clear ownership across teams Support ad hoc analytics and reporting needs that inform strategic workforce and financial decisions We’re excited about you because...
