We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee facility opening, relocation or renovation projects from conception to completion. The Project Manager will be responsible for procuring and overseeing installation of furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FFE) based on project timelines and budgets.

 

Position Qualifications:

Proficient in Microsoft Office programsAbility to learn software programs used in the department including Select Marketplace, Markview, ACAD, Blue Beam, and SmartsheetStrong organizational and mathematical skills with ability to juggle multiple tasks, prioritize, and meet deadlinesStrong attention to detailExcellent problem-solving skillsAbility to anticipate outcomes and potential challengesExcellent written and verbal communication skills, able to work at all levels inside and outside of the organizationAnalytical, able to foresee effects of decisionsSelf-starter and forward thinkingIndependent while working in a team environment
