The Project Manager for Logistics and Distribution is responsible for the planning, execution, and delivery of projects assigned to them. This role involves coordinating all aspects of the project and working closely with various stakeholders to ensure the project is completed on time and within scope.

Under the direction of the Head of Distribution Operations, Americas, the Project Manager exercises key technical and professional skills to effectively manage all aspects of projects assigned to them and their team.Use the Resmed Guidance for Supply Chain where appropriate.Lead a multi-functional team comprising Procurement, Quality, Commercial, Finance, and Technical functions. Maintain an appropriate knowledge of current requirements and practices within each of these functional areas.Let’s talk about Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, Logistics, or a related field with a preference for business, science, or technical degree.8+ years of experience in project management, preferably in logistics or distribution center projects.PMP or PRINCE2 certification is a plus.Experience Requirements:
Knowledge and experience with complex and large logistics & distribution operations.Project Management experience.Experience managing cross-functional teams; people management and development experience desirable.Ability to work with minimal supervision.Must be dynamic, determined, and creative in finding solutions to overcome challenges.Must be a proactive team player to achieve objectives.Track record of developing relationships to support motivating and influencing others where no formal reporting lines exist.Understanding of manufacturing and/or logistics operations.Solid foundations in Project Management tools.Excellent communication skills.We are shaping the future at ResMed, and we recognize the need to build on and broaden our existing skills and continue to attract and retain the world’s best talent. Individual pay decisions are based on a variety of factors, such as the candidate’s geographic work location, relevant qualifications, work experience, and skills.
At ResMed, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this position is: $121,000 to $180,000 USD Annual
