We’re looking for a **driven Project Manager** to lead technology initiatives that drive global transformation across Stryker’s Corporate Functions, including **Legal & Compliance, Finance, Digital Marketing and HR** . This role requires leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and a results-driven mindset. **What you will do:** • Lead the team in the development of the project charter and management plan. Direct, manage, monitor, and control project. Evaluate tradeoffs within project. • Meet with project stakeholders to understand and refine project scope; review with manager for approval. Create detailed Work Breakdown Structure. • Develop and manage the detailed project Gantt chart. Analyze critical path and major workstreams. • Collaborate with supervisor and/or project PM to establish sub-project budget. Monitor and maintain costs within budget. • Partner with project team to create project Quality Plans using 1-2 quality planning tools and techniques. Monitor and maintain plans. • Develop a risk management plan for the project. Identify, analyze and understand project risks, develop and monitor a risk response plan. • Contribute in the development of a Procurement Management Plan and collaborate on the selection of procurement partners • Estimate, acquire and assign project team resources. Define the role, responsibility, and deliverables for each team member. Provide direct feedback to functional manager on performance reviews. • Develop a Stakeholder management plan for the project, based on the identification, analysis and understanding of Stakeholder expectations. • Develop and Execute the communications management plan for project team and the needs of key stakeholders • Additional role-specific technical areas of responsibilities may be added as deemed necessary by the local hiring manager. **Required Qualifications:** + Bachelor's degree + 4+ years of work experience **Preferred Qualifications (Strongly desired):** + PMP or CaPM preferred + Strong financial acumen preferred + Coordinated and scheduled recurring project meetings, ensuring alignment of cross-functional teams, timely progress updates, and effective communication throughout project lifecycles. + Managed end-to-end project lifecycles, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure, while ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
