Responsibilites/Duties:
Prepare and maintain project schedules.
Manage resources, activities, and deliverables across internal functions and external contractors.
Provide consistent progress reporting to stakeholders and participate in client reviews.
Work with key stakeholders to develop the project scope of works and/or design
Review method statements and risk assessments for Health & Safety and Business Continuity.
Produce and maintain project documentation.
Manage and supervise contractors on site as required
Define and manage key project objectives.
Ensure necessary resources are in place and manage issues, risks, and changes.
Manage projects within budgets and report costs.
Demonstrate a fair quoting/tendering process has been conducted to ensure NTT obtains value for money and satisfies all Procurement policy requirements
Conduct site reviews to inform project governance.
Secure resources from internal and external providers.
Prepare and update business cases.
Track and realize business benefits of projects.
Manage stakeholder influence and interests.
Integrate project outputs into business-as-usual.
Plan and control project finances.
Maintain a resource schedule to avoid bottlenecks.
Help develop frameworks for effective project management.

Key Performance Indicators
Work with the Regional Manager, In-Life Projects - to define and implement a set of project and asset management key performance indicators (KPI) that are measurable and demonstrates how effectively the In-life Project Delivery and Tech-Ops teams are performing against their objectives
Reporting
Provides regular Project Delivery performance updates
Provide regular reporting on performance against project delivery and asset management KPIs and schedule regular face to face meetings with the regional team to address any KPI related issues and concerns. After these meetings, they will provide a regular update to the In-Life Projects Team Lead on any concern relating to asset management KPI performance
Provide support and guidance on how to rectify and improve any reported non-conformance or performance issue identified
Planning
They will develop realistic plans, set goals, align plans with objectives and coordinates with others team members
Problem solving
They will have the ability to breaks down problems into smaller components, understands underlying issues, can simplify and process complex issues, understands the difference between critical details and unimportant facts appropriate and escalate when required with strong input and guidance around options / recommendations
Managing performance
They will apply clear/consistent performance standards to handle performance problems decisively and objectively and communicate in a manner that is direct but tactful and provides assistance to improve performance
Develop a positive team culture through achievement of results, teamwork, development, accountability, competency and professionalism
Demonstrate a passion for standardization and operational excellence.
They will maintain a knowledge of the industry and regulatory rules, requirements and developments to ensure ongoing best practice
Requirements:
Experience of working within a large multinational company with significant regional operations
Proven track record of delivering large complex projects in live operational areas
Proven track record in the establishment, development and leading multi-region project management teams
Demonstrable experience of fundamental project management principles
Ability to teach and guide team members through changing environments
Ability to prepare, present and summarize information to all audience types
Willing and able to travel
Experience of working in a European multi-cultural environment
Working Knowledge of Plan Do Check Act (Deming cycle) highly desirable
Recognized European Health and Safety Qualification highly desirable
Proficient in English language both written and verbal
Second European language written and verbal desirable

This is a hybrid position that requires reliable internet connection and electricity. A monthly stipend is provided to cover expenses associated with working remotely and use of a personal mobile device, if applicable.
NTT Global Data Centers Americas, Inc. offers competitive compensation based on experience, education, and location. Base salary for this position is $102,600 - $128,200.
All regular full-time employees are eligible for an annual bonus; payout is dependent upon individual and company performance.
