**About the Role:**
As a CBRE Project Management Consultant, you will be responsible for providing consulting services to an assigned market or client account to help achieve the company's strategic business objectives.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ yrs of commercial construction experience with Tenant Improvement projects. We are specifically looking for candidates that understand the full project life-cycle which includes scope, budget management, scheduling, vendor management, invoicing, purchase orders, all the way through close. This is a phenomenal opportunity for someone with retail project experience looking to break into the healthcare market.
This job is part of the Project Management function. They are responsible for the management of healthcare clinic projects from initiation through completion. This is a fully remote position and will require 25% travel.
**What You’ll Do:**
Manage all areas of project management for healthcare projects. This includes planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout.
Oversight and project management of low voltage cabling and associated devices for the installation of new access control systems. Management of vendors who are responsible for support systems; category station, backbone, and fiber optic cabling; special systems security, copper and fiber optic cable termination, splicing, and troubleshooting.
Define the project delivery resources from pre-qualified lists or through the project qualification process. Conduct a standard request for proposals, complete bid evaluations, and recommend resources to clients.
Implement project documentation governance that is aligned with company and client requirements.
Ensure project data integrity and documentation is accurate, timely, and coordinated.
Advise the project delivery team by providing mentorship and direction to achieve goals.
Build action plans to meet objectives, budget, and schedule. Supervise the progress of each project and report status and variances.
Demonstrate ability to identify project threats and develop risk mitigation and contingency plans. Implement action plans to reduce or eliminate project risks.
Apply in-depth knowledge of standard principles and techniques/procedures to accomplish sophisticated assignments and provide innovative solutions.
Coach others and share in-depth knowledge of own job subject area and broad understanding of several job fields within the function.
Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Work to build consensus and convince others to reach an agreement.
Impact a range of customer, operational, project, or service activities within own team and other related teams.
Work within broad guidelines and policies.
Explain difficult or sensitive information.
Up to 25% travel or as needed.
**What You’ll Need:**
+ Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5-8 years of proven experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. LEED AP, PMP, and/or CCM designation(s) preferred.
+ Ability to exercise judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information.
+ Willingness to take a new perspective on existing solutions.
+ In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
+ Up to 25% travel or as needed.
+ 5+ years’ experience in low voltage cabling management or general contracting.
+ Knowledge of applicable codes and standards
+ Ability to complete and submit accurate documentation
+ Strong written and verbal communication skills
+ Supervisory experience
+ MS Office, MS Project and Smart Sheet proficiency

+ Organizational skills with a sophisticated inquisitive attitude.
+ Sophisticated math skills. Ability to calculate mildly sophisticated figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial-related calculations.
