The Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or Actuarial Science.10+ years managing and driving the execution of complex projects6+ years of Agile product delivery experience 6+ years if experience with driving the execution of technologyPM Certification (PMP and/or Agile Scrum Master)Authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship now or in the futureThe Ideal Qualifications
Expert with project management tools and techniques, such as JIRA, Confluence, Scrum and KanbanExcellent interpersonal communication, conflict management, coordination, and planning skills with cross-functional teamsSkilled in applying judgment to balance process compliance with achievement of business objectivesExperience in/working in partnership with technical roles, such as an engineers, developers, data scientists, etc.Project leadership experience focused on engaging others in the delivery and execution of technical solutions and service deliverablesAbility to assess a project's scope and the team's ability to executeOutcome oriented with the ability to drill down from the big picture to process detailsAbility to communicate objectives, plans, status, and results clearlyStrong leadership skills and influencerAbility to collaborate across diverse teams and organizationsStrong organizational skills and detail orientedSolid grasp of software technologies and stacksProven track record of analytical and problem-solving skills.A solid understanding of Financial Accounting Systems and knowledge of accounting principles, reporting, and budgetingStrong data analysis skills for extracting insights from financial dataProficiency in data visualization tools and reporting software is also important. Salary Range: $102,500.00-$134,500.00
