This position is responsible for managing a portfolio of capital improvement projects, infrastructure upgrades, and compliance-related renovations within a complex healthcare environment. As part of Sodexo’s on-site facilities leadership team, the **Facilities Project Manager** ensures that all work is executed to the highest standards of **safety, quality, and regulatory compliance** —while aligning project delivery with the strategic goals of both AtlantiCare Medical Center and Sodexo. **What You'll Do** + Lead and manage construction and renovation projects from concept through completion within a live healthcare environment + Coordinate with internal stakeholders, contractors, architects, and engineers to ensure timely and efficient project delivery + Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, scopes, and documentation + Ensure project compliance with all healthcare codes, safety regulations, and applicable building standards + Oversee procurement of materials, contractor selection, and vendor performance + Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, resolve issues, and maintain quality control + Prepare and present project updates, forecasts, and status reports to clients and leadership + Collaborate with facilities leadership to align project planning with operational goals and capital strategies + Track project KPIs and identify opportunities for process improvement **What We Offer** Compensation is fair and equitable, partially determined by a candidate's education level or years of relevant experience.
