What you will do:Maintaining appropriate program documentation (e.g. charter, roadmap, benefits map) to meet business goals and program objectivesContributing to program budget and coordinate project team assembly, resource allocation, and schedulingCommunicating across divisions, functions, 3rd party vendors, consulting partners, project teams, and stakeholders depending on program needsMonitor project costs, schedules, and performance, ensuring successful business outcomesResponsible for managing 4+ projects with global scope of ProgramLead the identification, assessment, monitoring and closure of project risks throughout the program lifecycleSupports changes to the program’s project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques in order to keep the project plan accurate, updated, and reflective of authorized changes to facilitate customer acceptanceSupports on defining and reaching agreement from Key Stakeholders and Sponsor on Project main milestones, project plan, resource allocation, budget

What you need:

Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field with 1+ years in project managementFluent in English and in FrenchStrong presentation skills, able to engage diverse audiences via various platforms (presentations, video calls)Solid knowledge of project management principlesStrong stakeholder management and communication skills in a global teamBasic knowledge of quality processes (CAPA, Audits)Familiarity with Lean methodologies preferredProject Management Certification preferredUp to 40% travel required
