We are looking for a Project Manager, Customer Care Operations to join our team in Belgrade. This role contributes to the business performance, operating efficiency, and customer satisfaction for customer success in the Intellectual Property Segment at Clarivate and focuses on planning, organizing, and executing projects within defined scope, timeline, and budget, coordinating resources and stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.

About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments   

5+ years of relevant experience in similar roles

3+ years of experience working with cross functional teams

Proficiency in English

What will you be doing in this role?   ​​​​​​

Define project scope, develop project plans, and oversee project execution. 

Manage communication with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring project objectives are clearly understood. 

Monitor and report project progress, including budget and resource management. 

Identify, mitigate, and resolve project risks and issues, working with management and project owners as needed 

Coordinate the activities of cross-functional teams to ensure project deliverables are met on time. 

Lead regular project status meetings and ensure project documentation is accurate and up to date.

Hours of work

This is a permanent full-time position, with core engagement hours within CET time zone.

This is a hybrid position, you will be expected to work from our Belgrade office 3 days every other week.
