Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add an Project Manager Commercial Business Systems  located in Guadalajara, North Campus.

Reporting to VP, Business Systems We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Project Manager to lead our Quote Transformation initiative. This role will drive end-to-end project execution to modernize our quoting process, improve pricing consistency, enhance governance, and leverage data intelligence for better decision-making.

What a typical day looks like:

Lead the Quote Transformation project from planning through execution, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelinesDevelop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, and risk mitigation strategiesCoordinate cross-functional teams across Quote, Sales Operation, Finance, IT, Materials, and Supply ChainFacilitate steering committee reviews, track decisions, and ensure accountabilityWork with stakeholders to define requirements for tools, systems, and data analyticsManage project communications and ensure effective change management and user adoptionMonitor progress, resolve issues, and report status to executive leadership

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

Project management experience, ideally in process transformation, quote process, and sales operationsProven experience managing cross-functional initiatives with strong stakeholder engagementFamiliarity with quote-to-cash, pricing, or Quote systemsStrong understanding of data-driven decision-making and analytics toolsExcellent communication, facilitation, and change management skillsPMP, PMI-ACP, or equivalent certification is a plus
