Responsible for achieving project targets within the product development according to requirements and agreements. Plan/establish the project organization. Project Team Management. Highest level of escalation within the project with decision making authority within the defined scope of work. Acquisition and processing of additional quotations within the current project
TASKS
- Build up of project organization and supervision of development team
- Target agreement with internal customer, project team, technical areas / line management
- Controlling and monitoring of project targets Solutions to target conflicts and irregularities within the project
-Target verification via decision making and determination of measures
- Definition and implementation of development strategy
- Acceptance of Master Timing Chart and product specifications for product development
- Lead project steering committees Initiate and conduct Lessons Learned workshop
RESPONSIBILITY
- Responsible for management, results and budget within the engineering project
- Ensure product targets and characteristics are achieved within cost and timing requirements
- Timely escalation of potential target deviations
- Identification of opportunities and risks
- Ensure conformance to internal and external requirements / directives
- Responsible for reporting within product development scope of work
- Highlight additional costs in a timely manner and ensure that any additional scope of work is commissioned by the customer
- Ultimate responsibility for change and claim management within engineering scope of work
