Project Management Specialist - Manufacturing Engineering.
**Project Management Specialist 3.** One sentence description of role **Your role:** + Portfolio owner: Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects. Act as the first partner to address Business portfolio inquiries. + Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget. Develop metrics to view and track perormance of the PMO and project owners. Developing project scopes and objectives, involving allrelevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility. + Ensure adherence to procedures on traditional and agile methodologies and create OKRs or KPIs to track. Ensure resource availability and allocation by resolvingconflicts and setting priorities within the organizatoin. Develop a detailed project plan to track progress. + Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs. Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques. Report and escalate to management as needed. + Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders and Third Parties/Vendors. Perform risk management to minimize project risks. + Support the 5-Year Strategic Plan to determine best study portfolio within financial targets. Support with management of portfolio financials including budgeting, forecasting, actuals tracking. Participate in budgets development and evaluating how portfolio and projects plan changes impact cost and schedule. Facilitate the use of data and analytics to build consensus and support strategic decisions around the Portfolio. + Create guidelines for best practice for Project Managers/Functional Managers benefits, as needed. **You're the right fit if:** + You hold a bachelor's degree in a Engineering or related areas with a master's degree in project management or other advanced degree. + You have acquired 10 years progressive experience in product management, program management, and/or engineering management with a proven track record leading cross-functional groups in projects and/or operating mechanism to achieve business, goals and priorities, and experience leading teams in defining process flow and inputs & outputs. + Your skills include Advanced English level, demonstrated ability to make independent decisions and manage conflicting priorities in a fast-paced environment **How we work together** We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
