The Boeing CompanyBoeing Global Services (BGS) is seeking a Senior Program Management Specialist to join our team in Hazelwood, MO, Oklahoma City, OK, or Warner Robins, GA.
These positions will act in a technical and strategic role directly supporting the USAF System Program Offices (SPO’s) in support of all USAF and Defense Logistics Agency and Program Depot Maintenance (PDM) level requirements. In this role, you will interface with a variety of internal stakeholders and as well the DLA and USAF customers.
Position Responsibilities:
Independently develops, coordinates, integrates, analyzes, and maintains an integrated plan and schedule to meet program and/or project requirements in accordance with project management industry standardsPerforms studies, analysis (trend, variance, impact), risk assessments to determine impacts, and constraints involving product development, production rates, process improvement, program initiativesCreates schedule, reports, metrics, change activity, communicates and updates plan regularly throughout lifecycle of program or projectWorks to improve project management processes, business systems, and implement best practices that support project decision makersDirects all phases of projects or subsystems of major projects from inception through completionActs as primary project contact to establish key stakeholder requirements and project objectivesAssists customers to develop performance recovery plan and ensure all project control systems are in place to support ongoing support to stakeholdersBasic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
3+ years’ experience working in Supply Chain Management, Finance or Program Management2+ years’ experience working with Defense Logistics Agency/Air ForceExperience working independently and with a cross-functional teamWilling & able to travel 10% of the time domesticallyPreferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
4+ years’ experience working in Supply Chain Management, Finance or Program ManagementBachelor’s Degree or equivalent or military experienceProject Management Professional (PMP) CertificationFamiliarity with Risk, Issue, Opportunity (RIO) ManagementDrug Free Workplace:

Summary pay range: $81,600 - $118,450
