Project Management Specialist

As a Project Management Specialist here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in supporting Field Service Professionals (FSP), Field Service Supervisor’s (FSS) with proposal generation for medium-high complex opportunities. You will be responsible for supporting the Project Management Team that oversees project activities, ensuring the successful delivery of projects, and providing support to project management professionals. Your strong organizational skills and ability to drive results will be essential in supporting the team in delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of stakeholders.
You will report directly to our Field Service Manager, and you will work out of our Mason, OH location on a hybrid work schedule. Note: New Hires will be required to report onsite M-F for the first 90 days.
KEY RESPONSIBILITES:
+ Delivers a great customer experience with Novar offerings.
+ Assists project team in troubleshooting and finding solutions to unforeseen issues.
+ Communicates with stakeholders, and team members on project status; including progress, risk and issues that may have an impact on project delivery.
+ Provides professional communication to customers and contractors in regard to project bids.
+ Creation of projects and sales orders in ERP system [SAP] from Sales estimate and proposal.
+ Order, track and expedite factory and purchased material.
+ Preparation of Subcontractor information packages.
+ Work seamlessly with assigned Project Manager(s) and Sales staff.
+ Assembles final job documentation packages to customers.
+ Manages invoicing in ERP system.
+ Process lien waivers, tax discrepancies, credits, sales order adjustments.

YOU MUST HAVE
+ 3+ years of experience in administrative roles
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
+ Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
+ Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
WE VALUE
+ A high level of organizational and communication skills
+ SAP ERP system experience strongly desired
+ Experience related to HVAC, electrical, or construction industry a plus
+ Experience in fast paced, high volume project portfolio environment
+ Experience with Microsoft Office
+ Experience with ERP collaboration software
