Boeing Global Services (BGS) C-17 United States Air Force (USAF) Sustainment Program is looking for a talented Senior Program Management Specialist to join our team in San Antonio, TX. This role includes development and program execution across the Landing Gear product support elements and new business proposals supporting the USAF customer.

Position Responsibilities:
Ensure cross-functional PBL services are integrated/aligned and driving outcomes neededLeads projects and provides oversight (including performance management metrics & reporting) for a portfolio of complex projects to support C-17 Landing Gear organizational goals and objectivesLeads proposal, technical and cost volume development and project execution by identifying activities, resources, and tasks required to complete the work statementProvides technical, business and integration leadership for the development and execution of project or team plansLead assessments and collaborative resolution of complex cross-functional issues amongst multiple diverse stakeholdersManage the Risk, Issues, and Opportunities, and associate mitigation and implementation plansEstablishes and communicates objectives and goals to ensure common direction and delivery of high-quality products and services on timeCreates schedule, reports, metrics, change activity, communicates and updates plans regularly throughout lifecycle of program or projectInterface, communicate and develop relationships with our USAF customerIntegrates with cross functional teams, suppliers, and customersBasic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
3+ years of experience developing and supporting project plans through the full project life cycleExperience in aircraft sustainment requirements, reliability and maintainability, USAF technical orders, or USAF maintenance operations3+ years of experience do you have supporting USAF programs3+ years of experience managing programsExperience interfacing with, motivating and holding accountable cross-functional project teams and customersStrong presentation skills and the ability to effectively communicate data in Senior Leadership briefingsExperience in a role that requires business acumen and proven ability to deal with ambiguityPreferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent military experienceEarned Value Management experienceExperience with U.S. Government proposals and acquisitionsExperience working with and/or managing contractors, subcontractors or suppliersDrug Free Workplace:

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary pay range: $107,950 - $146,050
