Location: Honolulu, HI
Salary Range: **$75,000 – $115,000 DOE**

**Job Description**
The Project Management Platform Administrator will oversee Procore and other PMIS tools, ensuring smooth implementation and alignment across capital projects. This is a high-visibility role where your work directly impacts the efficiency and success of multi-million-dollar construction projects.
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Configure and administer Procore platforms (users, permissions, templates).
+ Develop dashboards, custom workflows, and analytics for project teams.
+ Train staff and provide ongoing support for PMIS adoption.
+ Integrate systems such as DocuSign, Smartsheet, and Autodesk.
+ Generate project reports for leadership and stakeholders.
**Requirements**
+ Degree: Bachelor’s in Construction Management, Engineering, IT, or related field.
+ Experience: 3–5 years in PMIS administration (Procore preferred).
+ Technical Skills: Familiarity with RFIs, submittals, change orders, and pay apps.
+ Excellent communication, training, and problem-solving abilities.
