Your Key Responsibilities
We are looking for a detail-oriented and structured PMO Specialist to support running projects, maintenance, and reporting activities from Planisware and Power-BI. The ideal candidate will work closely with Project Managers, ensuring compliance with internal processes, accuracy of data, and timely delivery of project documentation.
Key Responsibilities
Offering direct support to the project managers from specific product group areas; Support with the documentation, gateway presentation and project updates in Planisware; Continuous project monitoring (data, timing, costs); Monthly meetings with the project managers for the follow-up status on the projects; Gateway agenda preparation + distribution and postprocessing; Preparation and analysis of the escalation reports based on the projects timeline and costs overdue; Monthly tracking of the open risks, issues and targets of the projects from the whole Business Division; Organizing and moderating risk management workshops for the running projects; Risk Level Assessment (RLA) document analysis in accordance with the business decision on the projects; Archiving the lessons learned of the projects in the local database; Bi-weekly check of the red traffic lights of the projects and planning them in the next regular gateway meeting; Review and analysis of the active collective projects & postprocessing for the whole Business Division Your Qualifications Experience in a similar PMO, project admin, or project support role. Strong Excel skills. Familiarity with SAP, Planisware, Windchill and Power-BI (or similar tools) represents an advantage. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
