Project Management Office Leader
Job Description We are seeking a strategic and results-driven PMO Lead to oversee project governance, execution, and delivery across a portfolio of healthcare technology initiatives. This role will support enterprise-level transformation programs, including EHR/EMR implementations, digital health platforms, and infrastructure modernization efforts. The PMO Lead will ensure alignment with organizational goals, regulatory compliance, and stakeholder expectations. Skills and Requirements - Must have demonstrated experience in establishing a PMO from inception, including conducting organizational maturity assessments and securing executive sponsorship. - Proven ability to design and implement PMO frameworks, including project methodologies, governance models, and standardized tools and templates. - Experience in selecting and deploying project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet) aligned with organizational needs. - Ability to recruit, onboard, and train project management staff to align with PMO standards and practices. - Must have led continuous improvement initiatives within the PMO, including KPI development and performance reviews. - PMP Experience - Medicare and/or Medicaid experience null We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
