The PMO Coordinator coordinates and supports Project Management Organizations (PM) on behalf of the respective CEO/CFO at Business level, to lay the foundation to create sustainable value for our customers with our products, solutions, and services and to improve project results.
Responsibilities:Advise the CEO/ CFO to define adequate Project Management targets for the respective business organization and monitors the achievement of these goals.Ensure implementation of and adherence to Corporate Project Management standards in assigned business organization incl. Policy & Control Master Book (PCMB) controls and follows-up on the improvement measures. Provide guidance and ensures compliance to PM@Siemens standards, which are aligned with methodologies such as PMI or IPMA. Contribute to further develop global PM@Siemens standards and implements continuous improvement measures in project business.Ensure effective cooperation with stakeholders.Strengthen appropriate Opportunity Management and Risk Management culture and supports implementation of opportunity and risk methodologies.Consult, support, and coach PMs/CPMs.Requirements:Advanced English levelExperience designing and implementation of Project Management methodologiesExperience in risk managementExperience in stakeholder managementExperience training and coaching team membersBasis knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards. (desirable)General awareness of Information Security standards and frameworks (e.g. ISO 27001). (desirable)
