**Description** The Construction group is responsible for construction phase services in the design-build process and support for safety and health, estimating/pre-construction, field operations, quality, project management. Our team utilizes multiple project execution approaches — including self-perform, multi-subcontractor, construction only and program management. **Qualifications** + Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering or related field from an accredited program. + Prior internship and/or related consulting experience Preferred + Actively involved in campus, community or other volunteer activities or organizations. + Excellent verbal and written communication skills. + Strong problem solving and analytical skills. + Basic knowledge and experience in Microsoft Office programs, including, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. + Demonstrated leadership skills. + Self-motivated and eager learner, aptitude to grow and develop within the field. + Minimum of a 3.0 GPA strongly preferred. + Involvement on campus or in the community preferred. + Candidates must be legally authorized to work permanently (i.e., without time limitations, without restrictions or without need for work sponsorship) in the country where this position is located. **Compensation** $17.20-34.65 Hourly The expected compensation range for this position is displayed in compliance with all local/state regulations.
