The Project Manager – intern is responsible for the coordination and completion of projects on time within budget and within scope. Together with the Project Manager he/she will set deadlines, assign responsibilities and monitor and summarize progress of the project.

General Responsibilities

Supports the execution of change management projects in order to secure successful implement in mass productionParticipates in new product development projects while supporting Project Manager in tracking project deliverables, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short- and long-term goalsRegularly communicates and presents project schedules, statuses, and updates to various team membersAssists in performing risk and opportunity managementCoordination of the communication packages between different stakeholdersIssue meeting minutes and preparing reports for the project managers

 

Experience / Qualifications

Student in Master class with engineering or project management orientation/ or a relevant working experienceMust be a team player able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to handle multiple competing tasks and demandsStrong English oral and written communication skillsExperience in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
